How do I speed up or rewind the videos?

ACCREDITED content on the Nurse Gwenny Library is “TIME GATED.” This means videos cannot be viewed at higher speeds, slower speeds, rewound, or skipped ahead. Big bummer.

How do I pause the videos?

The integrated video player has both an “automated” and “manual” pause feature. If a call or requests interrupts your viewing process, simply close your computer or exit the course. When you’re ready to resume, just open the library and course back up, click “play” and the video will resume where your last session ended. The “maunaul” pause can be found in the lower left portion of the screen when hovered over with the mouse.

Awesome! We’re glad you’re here. Check your email or spam folders for your welcome email. That email will help you get started as you begin navigating the library.

Where can I find my completion certificates?

Once logged in as referenced above, Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on “My Account.” Click on “Certificates”

Oh no, the wrong information is on my completion certificates?

Once logged in complete, walk through the steps needed below depending on what information is incorrectly displayed. If these changes do not provide the updates you need to have certifications corrected, contact Nurse Gwenny support staff below. A $25.00 admin fee may be charged for duplicate or revised certification requests.

Help! I entered my name incorrectly. How can I fix it so it’s correct on my certificates?

Click on your user name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on “My Account.” Click on “Profile” and scroll down to the box for “name” and correct it. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you’re done!

Help! I entered my license number incorrectly. How can I fix it so it’s correct on my certificates?

Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on “My Account.” Click on “Profile” and scroll down to the box for “License Number” and correct it. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you’re done!


How can I change the email address associated with my account?

Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on “My Account.” Click on “Profile” and scroll down to the box for “Email” and correct it. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you’re done!

How long is my subscription good for? 

Your membership subscription gets you access to courses in The Nurse Gwenny Library for one year and will automatically renew so you can knock out your continuing education hours and have fun from now until you retire!

Does my state accept content from The Nurse Gwenny Library accredited by the Kansas Board of Nursing? 

Kansas is part of the nursing compact licensure, and states within the compact accept content accredited by any other state in the licensure as well as some other states! However, your institution may have unique rules as to what they’ll accept, so please check with your licensing body or institution prior to subscribing to The Nurse Gwenny Library to ensure they’ll accept the content. Additionally, if you need a copy of the course syllabus to submit for inspection if you’re audited, we are happy to provide a copy.

I’m a paramedic. Can I use content from The Nurse Gwenny Library to renew my NREMT? 

Hear it from the horse’s mouth: “The National Registry accepts State EMS Office accepted and CAPCE accredited education, education from EMS education programs, and U.S. accredited academic credit or college course. All education must be directly related to EMS patient care. International providers must complete education from the list of approved United States education sources.”

The Nurse Gwenny Library isn’t my cup of tea. How can I cancel my subscription? 

No worries, we understand that everyone has different learning styles and we respect that Nurse Gwenny’s teaching style doesn’t hit home with you. Simply go to your dashboard in The Nurse Gwenny Library and click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on “My Account.” Click on “Billing” and scroll down to “Subscriptions” and hit cancel. You’ll continue to have access for the remainder of the year you’ve already paid for, and it won’t bill you on your renewal date.
