I recently spent about 10 hrs of time copying and pasting url codes from review emails to repurpose them into personalized emails attempting to capture a few more authentic reviews. My pointer finger (clicker) is fried.

And no, we don’t have some big fancy back end program that can automate this kind of stuff. Nurse Gwenny and I pitch ideas back and forth in terms of message content, images, goals… It’s a small operation with a wee bit of outside help.

Nurse Gwenny thrives from the dopamine released when she reads a kind review!

Reviews also help us improve. We don’t always get it right. Sometimes books get lost in the mail. Sometimes a log in gets funky or a subscription doesn’t properly enroll a student into their modules.
