So you’ve landed an interview or know that it’s just over the horizon. Nurse Gwenny’s been there AND she’s helped others who have found themselves on that particular helipad.
One of the goals as we built out The Nurse Gwenny Library was to provide a road map or pathway to help clinicians arrive at their desired “destinations.”
If your next desired destination is a flight interview, know that it’s okay to have some fear or hesitancy as the date approaches.
BUT, also know that you’ve been wired and put on this earth for a reason. It just very well may be so that your reason is in the field of critical care transport. (I sure as hell didn’t think mine was… but here I am writing blogposts trying to help those who are! - Mr. Nurse Gwenny)

I can’t stress how many times I’ve heard Nurse Gwenny remind others that while they may have arrived at their “dream job” most often that signals a time to begin again. It’s a time to dig deeper, refine your skills, increase your knowledge… and avoid the pitfalls of posting too many "thirst trap images” in front of your airframe and neglecting your real craft.
